After reading all the negative reviews, I am thankful and should the person show up sometime today, s/he won't be giving me an estimate and I will be telling the person what I think about his/her rudeness in not bothering to call.

Would not recommend this company - they are not reliable. I had an appointment scheduled to get an in-home estimate and тридцать minutes after the scheduled time, no one had shown up. (This was on a work day so I took off half a day's work so I could meet the guy.) When I called the company, they said the agent that arranged the appointment was "in a meeting" and couldnt come to the phone. Bad business.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I have been trying to resolve the issue as items… I had a very bad experience with this company. I have been trying to resolve the issue as items were missing and/or stolen, I had items damaged, items left behind, items not assembled. and they overcharged me for boxes and packing materials that weren't necessary. They did things like pack two laundry baskets (worth два bucks a piece) in a wardrobe box (I have pix). Worst of all, my daughter's new itouch mysteriously disappeared from where it was sitting while the movers were in the new house, and we later found the charms that were on it scratched off and on the floor. Anyway, as we've attempted to file a claim, they won't return our phone calls to the claims department and have since resorted to sending me the e-mail below because of my honest review on yelp. Please read it and then you can decide for yourself if you'd like to do business with them. I would also add that I have been contacted by several others in the yelp community that had the same experience I did.

Make sure the cartons you use are suitable for transporting your goods in order to minimize damage. Also, ensure that you are not packing boxes too heavy as they can break open, or too light as they can crush as they get stacked in the moving van.
