He put me on the phone with his "boss" Mike who was completely rude. I don't think I have ever been treated so poorly as a customer, EVER. I realized after getting off the phone with him and reading more yelp reviews that them losing the reservation is not an uncommon thing as he made it out to be. He said he would not adjust the price and "if I didn't like it, there are a ton of other moving companies out there, you can use someone else." Really? So my understanding is that they do not care if they lose customers or not. He finished with, and I quote: "You know what, I'm not going to sit here and argue with you. My time is way too precious, and its not worth my time to sit here and discuss this with you anymore, so ill go ahead and give it to you. Frankly, none of this is worth my time."

3MM moving company reached out to after Student Movers bailed on me and gave me the run around. The person I spoke with over the phone was great. Sent me a follow up email after we talked to confirm the move. Just really great service. The guys got there on time and went to right to work right after the initial walk-thru. I was moving from 1-bdrm to a 1-bdrm (both on the 3rd floor) so it was really a nightmare for them. But the guys were all friendly and very professional.
