I asked them to call me when they are on the way to the pick up destination: failed. I asked them to call me when they are on their way to the drop off destination, where I was at so I can get ready: failed. The owner told me anything after два hours will be prorated and even elaborated that we will only pay for what we use, ie. OH! on top of that, when i placed my service order, i had asked them what methods of payments do they accept, he said cash or credit will be taken at the end of the service but of course, they changed their words and said they only accept cash at the end! On top of all this, the mover tried to bad mouth us in spanish as if there isn't a fluent spanish speaker standing right there. With all that being said. never going back to them. I'd rather pay a little extra for more dependable service.

I hired this mover 3-4 weeks in advance. Send a reminder e-mail the night before. Yes we will be there. My husband and I stayed up half the night packing and labeling boxes, took the day off of work, woke an hour before they were due and had everything boxed, sealed and labeled and then waited. No movers. I hour, два hours, 3hours, 4hours go by. Called left messages - no return call. I am normally a really calm person but I was furious. Had to scramble to call around for another movers who could take me at last minute notice, just to get moved that same week. I never write bad reviews but I don't want another couple to go thru what we went through. Like moving isn't stressful enough without your movers just not showing
